These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the aci67 platform. By accessing or using any part of aci67.net, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing a wager.

Definitions
The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Singular forms include the plural and vice versa where the context requires it.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing aci67.net — whether by registering an account, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
aci67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at aci67.net/terms-conditions, alongside the effective date of the latest revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where a material change is made, aci67 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aci67 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. No verbal representations made by aci67 support staff shall vary or override these written Terms.
These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version (if any such translation is made available), the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To create an account and use the aci67 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. aci67 is an 18+ platform and does not permit access to, or use by, any individual under the age of 18 years, regardless of the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the platform.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under legal guardianship are not eligible to register.
- Personal use: You must be registering an account for your own personal use only. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
- Single account: You must not already hold an active aci67 account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at any given time.
- Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary (initiated through the aci67 responsible gaming tools) or mandatory, that prohibits your participation in online gambling at the time of registration or subsequent use.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of third-party parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms, including aci67.net. If you believe a minor has created an account on aci67, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that we may investigate and take appropriate action.
Account Registration & KYC
To access real-money features of the aci67 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and wager placement — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. aci67 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
KYC Verification. All accounts are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. aci67 may request identity documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable identity documents include:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy
- Valid Bangladeshi passport — photo page and personal details page
- Bangladesh birth certificate (for supplementary age verification only)
- Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days (for address verification)
Documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed digital format (photograph or scan). Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will be rejected and the account will remain in a restricted state until acceptable documents are provided.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. aci67 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Do not share your password with any third party. aci67 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the aci67 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aci67 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi commercial banks
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is ৳300 per transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.
Deposits. Deposits are credited to your aci67 real-money balance promptly upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times are typically immediate for mobile financial services. In the event of a delay, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number. aci67 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (09:00–21:00 BST) are typically processed within 1–6 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next business period.
Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified with all requested documents approved.
- Your real-money balance must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.
- Any active bonus balance attached to your account must have met its wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
- No pending fraud or security investigation may be open on your account at the time of the withdrawal request.
aci67 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if an error in the transaction is identified prior to its completion. In such cases, the funds will be returned to your account balance and you will be notified promptly.
Bonuses & Promotions
aci67 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins packages, reload offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the aci67 platform. In addition to those offer-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's terms. Standard wagering requirements on aci67 range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount.
- Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, commencing from the time the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before expiry will be forfeited automatically.
- Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates for each category are specified in the relevant offer terms.
- Bonus abuse: aci67 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting or abusing the bonus system, including through low-risk hedging strategies, systematic bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or collusive play.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active in your account at any time. A new bonus cannot be claimed while a previous bonus remains active and uncleared.
- Opt-in requirement: Certain promotions require an explicit opt-in via the Promotions section of your account dashboard. Bonuses are not applied retrospectively — you must opt in before making the qualifying deposit or placing the qualifying wager.
aci67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already qualified for and received the bonus, the Player will be permitted to clear any existing bonus balance under the original terms under which it was awarded.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the aci67 platform, you agree to use it lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
- Identity fraud: Registering an account using false, borrowed, or third-party personal information; submitting forged or altered identity documents during KYC verification.
- Multiple accounts: Creating more than one aci67 account, whether under your own identity or a different identity, for any purpose including the circumvention of self-exclusion, the claiming of multiple welcome bonuses, or the avoidance of account restrictions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or tournament format — including chip dumping in poker formats and match-fixing in sports betting markets.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or any other automated software to interact with the aci67 platform in a way that simulates or replaces human play.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or system faults to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a known or knowable error are void and will be recovered from the account balance.
- Money laundering: Using the aci67 platform for any purpose connected with the laundering of funds derived from criminal activity, whether directly or indirectly.
- Chargebacks: Initiating or facilitating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute claim with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made on aci67, except in cases of verified unauthorised transactions.
- Abuse of support: Making false, abusive, threatening, or defamatory statements to aci67 support staff or using the support system to manipulate account decisions through deception.
Where aci67 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full internal investigation. The outcome of that investigation will determine whether the account is reinstated, permanently closed, or referred to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure. You may close your aci67 account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided that your account is fully KYC-verified and no outstanding investigations are open. Bonus balances and uncleared wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Responsible Gaming Closure. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — aci67 can apply a self-exclusion order that prevents you from re-opening the account or creating a new account for a defined or indefinite period. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by aci67. aci67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a request
- Engagement in, or reasonable suspicion of, any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
- Receipt of a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action
- Detection of underage gambling or use of the platform by a legally incapacitated individual
Where an account is closed by aci67 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where it is determined that the balance represents proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity, those funds may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, any genuine real-money balance will be returned via the registered payment method following the completion of the investigation.
Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, wager, or other account activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. aci67 will send a notification to the registered email address at least 30 days before applying inactive account status. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee in accordance with the fee schedule published in the account dashboard. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by their plain English meaning. aci67 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
